Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance.

By using the website at mugavari.site, the ChromeBlitz web game, or the RedShield SOS Android app (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services. The Services are provided by Azhagiri, proprietor of Mugavari (UDYAM-TN-36-0058447), based in Tirupattur, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Permission to use.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services beyond what is permitted by applicable law
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect content from the website at scale
Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorised access
Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm any person
Misrepresent the Services as your own product, or remove copyright notices

3. RedShield SOS — important safety disclaimer.

RedShield SOS is a personal safety tool, not an emergency dispatch service. It sends pre-configured SMS alerts to phone numbers you have chosen. It does not contact police, ambulance, fire services, or any government emergency authority. In a genuine emergency where time is critical, you must still dial the appropriate emergency number for your country (112 in India and the EU, 911 in the United States, 999 in the United Kingdom, and so on).

RedShield SOS depends on factors outside our control: your phone being powered on, having sufficient battery, having SMS-capable cellular signal, having permissions granted, and the receiving phones being switched on and within signal. The app makes no guarantee that any individual alert will be delivered, will be delivered in time, or will result in help arriving. Treat it as one layer of safety among many, not as a replacement for situational awareness, emergency services, or trusted human relationships.

By installing and using RedShield SOS, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and use the app at your own risk.

4. Cost and ads.

The website and the ChromeBlitz web game are free to access. The website displays advertising through Google AdSense. The RedShield SOS Android app is free to download and free to use; the app itself contains no ads inside its safety-critical screens. The Color Shoot Arena game on Google Play (the native version of ChromeBlitz) contains advertising delivered via Google AdMob.

Sending SMS messages from RedShield SOS will use your mobile carrier's SMS quota. Standard carrier charges apply. Mugavari does not collect any fee for SMS traffic.

5. No warranty.

The Services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mugavari disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Services may contain bugs. The Services may have downtime. The Services may behave differently on different devices and Android versions.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mugavari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. In no event shall Mugavari's total liability exceed the amount you have paid Mugavari in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for users of the free Services, is zero.

This limitation applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

7. Intellectual property.

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, icons, code, designs, and the Mugavari name and logo, is the property of Azhagiri unless otherwise noted. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy substantial sections of text, redistribute the apps as your own, or use the Mugavari name in a way that implies endorsement.

The "RedShield SOS" name and shield icon (gunmetal armored frame with rivets, red shield body wrapped in chains, silver muscular arm, blue glow) are trade marks of Mugavari, used in commerce since 2024.

8. Changes to the Services.

Mugavari may add, change, or remove features from the Services at any time. We may also discontinue any Service entirely with reasonable notice. RedShield SOS, in particular, is in active development and behaviours may change between versions; release notes are published in the Google Play listing.

9. Termination.

You may stop using the Services at any time by closing the browser tab and/or uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these terms, abuse the Services, or use them in a way that creates legal risk for Mugavari or other users.

10. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupattur, Tamil Nadu, India, unless a mandatory provision of your local law requires otherwise.
