Tell me the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature you want. Often there is a simpler way already in the app, or a better solution worth designing.
If you want to help translate RedShield SOS into a new language, or fix issues in an existing translation, write in. The app currently supports 14 languages and the string list is available on request.
NGOs, women's safety organisations, schools, hospitals, and government bodies interested in distributing RedShield SOS or co-branding can write in. There are no licensing fees.
For interviews, screenshots, founder quotes, or background on Mugavari, write to the same address with "Press" in the subject line. Response time may be slower for press queries — please plan accordingly.
Bug reports, score disputes, or ideas for new tile categories — all welcome. Mention the browser and device you were playing on.

Please prefer email for anything time-sensitive. Postal mail takes one to two weeks and may not be retrieved daily.
Active emergencies. If you are in danger right now, please call your country's emergency number (112 in India, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, and so on). Mugavari is a software studio, not a dispatch service. RedShield SOS is a tool that helps your trusted contacts find you faster — it is not a replacement for emergency services.
Lost phone recovery. RedShield SOS does not store data on our servers, so we cannot help you recover anything you had set up if your phone is gone. Sorry. If you still have access to a backup, the app can restore from it.
Custom development requests. Mugavari is one person and does not take on contract development work. The apps shipped on Google Play are the products on offer.
