Who we are

Shop Manager is developed and published by Mugavari (a registered MSME, Tamil Nadu, India). For any questions, contact azhagiri.praba@gmail.com.

Information we do NOT collect

Shop Manager does not collect personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email, or phone number
• Your shop's inventory, sales, customer, or supplier records
• Location data
• Any analytics or usage tracking on our servers

Data stored on your device

All business data you enter is stored in a private database on your device only. It never leaves your device unless you choose to create a backup file and share it yourself. An optional PIN lock protects access to the app, and backups can be encrypted with a password that you choose. Mugavari cannot recover your data or your password if lost.

Advertisements

Shop Manager contains no advertisements. The app does not integrate any advertising networks and does not share your business data with anyone.

Permissions

The app does not request internet access. It uses your device's file picker only when you explicitly export or import a backup; it does not browse or read other files on your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Shop Manager ("the Application") is provided by the App Owner and Developer on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

The App Owner and Developer do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. All information, calculations, reports, inventory records, sales records, customer records, supplier records, and financial data generated or stored within the Application are the sole responsibility of the user.

• Maintaining regular backups of their data.
• Verifying the accuracy of inventory, sales, accounting, and business records.
• Protecting their devices and access credentials.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App Owner, Developer, affiliates, licensors, partners, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or records.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or income.
• Inventory discrepancies or stock losses.
• Accounting, billing, or financial errors.
• Device failures or software malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to information.
• Business interruption.
• Any commercial, personal, or financial losses.

The Application is intended as a business management tool only. Users acknowledge that all business decisions made based on information obtained from the Application are made at their own risk.

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, users expressly agree that they assume all risks associated with its use and that the App Owner and Developer shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs, expenses, or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to the use of the Application.

If you do not agree with this Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.
