These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GeoStamp Camera application (the "App") provided by [Developer / Company Name]. These Terms apply to all distributions of the App, including the versions available on the Google Play Store and the Amazon Appstore. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes only.
You must not rely on the App for navigation, emergency, legal, surveying, evidentiary, or any safety-critical purpose. Verify any critical information independently.
Depending on the app store from which you obtained the App, it may display third-party advertisements. The version distributed on the Google Play Store may contain ads; the version distributed on the Amazon Appstore does not. Where ads appear, they are supplied by third-party advertising providers, and the advertised products, services, and linked websites are not controlled or endorsed by us. Your interaction with any advertisement, and any resulting dealings with advertisers, are solely between you and the advertiser, at your own risk. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Developer / Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Sharing features pass your image to third-party applications you select. Your use of those applications, and your download of the App through the Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore, are also governed by those parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them.
The App, its name, icon, and design are owned by [Developer / Company Name]. Photos you create remain yours.
We may suspend or terminate the license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how [Developer / Company Name] ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the GeoStamp Camera mobile application (the "App"). This Policy applies to all distributions of the App, including the versions available on the Google Play Store and the Amazon Appstore. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Information is used only to provide the App's core function — stamping photos with location, time, address, altitude, and compass heading, and saving or sharing the resulting image at your request — and, in an ad-supported version, to display advertisements.
Stamped photos are stored locally in your device's photo gallery. You control these files and can delete them at any time through your gallery or file manager. The App keeps a single local setting recording that you accepted these terms; no personal data is stored in it.
When you tap a share button (WhatsApp, Instagram, or system share), the App hands the selected image to the app you choose. From that point, the receiving app's own privacy policy governs the image. We are not involved in that transfer and receive no copy.
The App is distributed through more than one app store, and ad behavior depends on which version you have:
Where advertisements are shown, they are served by third-party advertising providers (for example, Google AdMob, a Google service). These providers may collect and process certain information from your device — such as your advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, and your interactions with ads — in order to deliver, limit the frequency of, and measure advertisements, and, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law, to show personalized advertisements. This advertising data is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies, including the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive your photos or precise GPS location through advertising.
Your ad controls: You can reset or limit your advertising identifier, and opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (for example, on Android: Settings > Google > Ads; on Fire OS: Settings > Apps & Notifications / Security & Privacy > Advertising ID).
You may revoke any permission in your device Settings at any time; some features will stop working accordingly.
Converting coordinates into a readable address ("reverse geocoding") uses your device's built-in location service, which may be provided by your device manufacturer or operating-system vendor and may process the coordinates to return an address. Apart from the advertising provider described in Section 5 (ad-supported version only), the App contains no analytics SDKs and no other tracking SDKs.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Because your photos and location stay on your device, their security depends on your device's own protections (lock screen, encryption, app permissions). Please secure your device accordingly.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App.
