1 · Terms of Service The agreement between you and Mugavari for using ChromeBlitz Royal.

1.1 Acceptance

ChromeBlitz Royal (the "App", "Game") is owned and operated by Mugavari, proprietor Azhagiri ("we", "us", "our", the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App — including tapping "Accept & Play" on the in-app consent screen — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1.2 Eligibility

You confirm that you are old enough to form a binding agreement and to use this type of app in your country, and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

1.3 Licence to use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. This licence is granted to you only and may be withdrawn at any time.

1.4 Things you agree not to do

• copy, modify, translate, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the App or any part of it, except where the law expressly permits;
• sell, rent, lease, sub-licence, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the App;
• remove, hide or alter any branding, copyright or proprietary notices;
• use cheats, bots, automation, memory editing, modified clients or any method to gain an unfair advantage, falsify scores, or interfere with the App's normal operation;
• tamper with, disrupt or place undue load on the App, advertising, or any related systems or networks;
• use the App for any unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive purpose, or in breach of any third-party terms (including those of Google Play and Google AdMob).

1.5 Intellectual property

The App and all of its content, design, code, graphics, branding, the "ChromeBlitz Royal" and "Mugavari" names and logos, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Standard emoji glyphs are rendered by your device's operating system and remain the property of their respective owners. Any photos you choose to add to the "My Pics" feature remain yours; they stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.

1.6 Advertising

The App is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob and its partners. Optional "rewarded" ads may grant in-game boosts or a continue. Ads, their content, and any websites or offers they link to are provided by third parties and are not controlled or endorsed by the Developer. We are not responsible or liable for any advertisement or third-party content, product or service. The App contains no real-money purchases; any in-game items, points or boosts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.7 Availability & changes

We may update, change, suspend, limit or discontinue the App, any feature, or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you. Continued use of the App after a change to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

1.8 Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

1.9 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, device performance or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, the advertising shown, or these Terms — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, the Developer's total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the App (which, for a free app, is zero), or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.

1.10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Developer and Mugavari from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

1.11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. On termination, the licence in section 1.3 ends and you must stop using and uninstall the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 1.5, 1.8, 1.9 and 1.10) will survive termination.

1.12 General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App. The App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the policies of any platform from which you obtained it.

2 · Privacy Policy How ChromeBlitz Royal handles information.

2.1 Our approach

We built ChromeBlitz Royal to need as little information as possible. The Developer does not ask you to create an account, and does not directly collect your name, email, phone number or contacts. The main data the App handles — your scores, statistics, achievements, settings, and any photos you add — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2.2 Information handled by the App on your device

• Game data: high scores, best combo/streak, level and stage progress, day-streak, and unlocked trophies, saved in the App's private storage.
• Preferences: sound, haptics, chosen category/difficulty, custom timer, and your acceptance of these terms.
• "My Pics" photos: if you use the optional custom-image mode, the photos you pick are copied (and downscaled) into the App's private storage on your device only. They are never uploaded to us, and you can delete them at any time inside the App.

You can erase all of the above at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

2.3 Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the game free, we use Google AdMob to show ads. Google and its partners act as independent third parties and may automatically collect and process certain information through their software development kit, such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, general (coarse) location, device and app information, and ad-interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads and to limit fraud. This processing is governed by Google's own policies:

• How Google uses information from sites/apps that use its services — policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. Where required, the App will ask for your consent for ad personalisation before such ads are shown.

2.4 Device permissions

• Internet / network state: required to load advertisements.
• Vibration: used for in-game haptic feedback (can be turned off in settings).
• Photos/media (only via the system picker): used only if you choose photos for "My Pics". The App receives only the images you explicitly select, and they remain on your device.

2.5 How information is used

On-device data is used solely to run the game (save progress, apply your settings, power the photo mode). Information handled by Google AdMob is used by Google to deliver and measure advertising. The Developer does not sell your personal information.

2.6 Data sharing & retention

We do not share your on-device data with anyone. Advertising data is processed by Google/AdMob under their policies. On-device data is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

2.7 Children's privacy

ChromeBlitz Royal is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Where the App is distributed to families, ads are configured to comply with the applicable Google Play Families and advertising requirements.

2.8 Your choices & rights

• Reset or limit ad tracking: use your device's settings (e.g. Android → Settings → Privacy/Google → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads.
• Delete your data: clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold personal data about you on our side, most such requests relating to advertising data should be directed to Google. You may also contact us using the details below and we will assist where we are able.

2.9 Security

We take reasonable measures to keep the App functioning safely; however, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

2.10 International users

The App is operated from India and may be used worldwide. Advertising data handled by Google may be processed in countries other than your own, under Google's safeguards and policies.

2.11 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
